All of our appliance repairs come with a one-year parts-and-labor warranty.
We recognize that, like most things, the cost of repairs has increased over the last few years. We want our customers to feel confident spending their hard-earned money on appliance repairs with us. We are now including a full one-year warranty on all appliance repairs we provide. In other words, if the work we perform, or the part we replace, fails within one year of the repair, we will return and fix it at no charge.
This warranty applies only to factory parts purchased by us through one of our vendors. We do not warrant any part not purchased by us. Different issues can cause many similar symptoms. Only the parts we actually replaced will be covered under warranty. If a different part breaks and causes the same problem, it would be considered a new service.
