Robert did a wonderful job repairing my Maytag dryer AND provided a wonderful suggestion for me to have the dryer vent cleaned providing me wirh yet another wonderful contact! So thankful for their service!

Steve has always been upfront about what it would take to fix something. He is a solutions person and will even let you know if you are better off buying a new appliance, or if service is still feasible. He is cordial and honest and will solve your issue. He has the experience and knowledge.

My built in microwave went out and I needed it repaired soon. I left a message which was responded to promptly and I had an appointment the next day. The service technician was early and diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly and I was back in business. The service technician was knowledgeable, polite and clearly experienced. Honest and professional service

I have been using them for few years. My oven was not working properly. They send Mr. David Nickle, who is very professional and extreamly polite. He finished his work in less then 20min. No mess. Reasonable price, Highly recomend them.

Mathew was excellent, on time, friendly and fast. We had two machines down and he had them both back in order quickly and at a very reasonable cost. These are now my go-to guys!

From the first phone call with the office to the technician—they were both friendly, kind; and they explained everything thoroughly. Price was also reasonable and fair. My washing machine was not draining. John Ikner with Steve Slaton appliance repair came promptly and fixed it quite quickly. He was very polite and easy to work with. Will definitely use him again.

I highly recommend Steve Slaton to repair your washer and dryer! I have never had a more professional and personable experience with a repair person and company. I have them programmed in my phone for future repairs needed in the future. I will also be using them to power wash!

James was amazing. He diagnosed the faulty switch in the microwave and fixed it so quickly. I was very impressed and would highly recommend.

They came out to assist me as I couldn’t find my model number for my electric cooktop. No parts are available because of the age of the unit and the glass top would not survive removal to try a fix. I definitely would highly recommend Steve Slaton Appliance Repair for their honesty and quick service appointment. Personable and reliable.

Great service

We needed cooktop top repair for our gas jets. A neighbor recommended Appliance Repair. Robby came out. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. He was prompt, courteous, and friendly. Will definitely be using Appliance Repair again for all of our appliance needs.

Steve Slaton Appliance Repair is top notch. They show up on time, are quick to analyze the issue and make a repair. I have used them a number of times and extremely happy with their work every time. 6 months ago our 4 year old Samsung refrigerator lights, ice and water etc stopped working. James came out and quickly identified that the motherboard or similar component needed replacement which cost around $400. He ordered the part and the next day replaced it. Everything worked fine. James was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately 7 months later the same problem occurred again. James came back out again and had to again replace the part. He told me that Samsung only has a 60 or 90 day warranty on parts but that he would contact them to see how to get the part covered by them. The next morning he replaced the part with no charge as they were able to get it covered under the warranty.

James did a great job diagnosing and repairing my dishwasher. On time, good communication, efficient.
